The Far East End was recorded at The Abattoir of Good Taste Mobile, in the no-mans land between The Thai and Burmese border near Laos.
Mixing Luk Thung, Thai folk music and Dub they have created a whole new genre called "Dub Thung".
In his spare time David Barratt is writing an epic poem about the glories of "Herbal-Medicinal Rice Wine" while Papa Dee teaches Jamaican patois to The Karen National Liberation Army who continue their struggle against the oppressive Burmese Junta.
Dubchek feature in The Robert Downey Jnr / Heather Graham movie "Two Girls and a Guy". Their highly acclaimed first album "Walking Down Memory Gap Lane" is still available at Amazon.Com
